The day a baby is born is the most special day in a mothers life. Celebrate this special day with "Mommy Jewelry". This mommy necklace features 2 discs, one with the child's name and another with the child's birth date.

The discs come in two sizes (3/4 inch and 7/8 inch) that will be determined by the amount of letters provided. The maximum amount of letters is 8 for the child's name. Please put child's name and birth date in custom text box below.

Each custom necklace comes with a sterling silver fine ball chain, please choose either 16" or 18". All letters on your custom disc will be in Caps on the front only. The stamping is done by hand, not machine, to will have a hand stamped embossed look...this is what makes them so unique!

Please allow 5 days for your necklace to be created, and please note that your purchase will arrive ready for gift giving in a white jewelry box with a black organza ribbon. A gift note can also be added, please add text at checkout.
